Dontal introduces the basic version of the JetPetroClean® RW mobile tank car preparation station for loading products and repairing tanks using hot work.
The presented version of the equipment allows to carry out the preparation of tank cars after the transportation of dark products (oil, fuel oil, shale oil) and light products (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, oils, etc.).
Tank wagons can also be processed after bitumen or other products with a density higher than water. For this, a special separator is included in the equipment set.
The quality of the internal cleaning of tank cars complies with international standards and accepted world practice.
Internal cleaning of tanks is carried out by mechanized washing with the help of a rotating hydraulic monitor through the top hatch and a drain device according to the “closed loop” principle. During washing, water circulates in a closed circuit and at the same time it is separated from the residues and waste washed out of the tank.
Degassing and drying are carried out by centrifugal fans.
