Cleaning and preparation services for railway tank cars
The company offers a service and a basic version of the station for preparing railway tank cars for loading oil products, repairing the tank car boiler using hot work.
The presented variant of the station allows to prepare for one work shift from 10 tank cars after the transportation of fuel oil and up to 20 tank cars after the transportation of light oil products.
The quality of tank car preparation complies with the requirements of GOST 1510-84 Oil and oil products.
The technology makes it possible to carry out the internal washing of the cistern boiler with the use of washing hydromonitors, through the cistern’s upper hatch and the lower drain device. Degassing and drying is carried out using centrifugal pressure fans.
The high efficiency of the equipment is achieved by matching the pressure and pumping lines in terms of liquid flow, which makes it possible to carry out a full continuous cycle of internal washing of the tank of the required duration.
